The Venue
This wedding took place at the Rococo Room in Pasadena, CA. It appears to be a restaurant / bar setting with vaulted ceilings and cute lighting. However, we did experience the challenge of finding that they have no parking nor loading zone. Fortunately, the management and staff were more than helpful and accomodated our needs. We definitely recommend the Rococo Room for small weddings looking for a simple reception under 150 guests.
The Wedding
It was our pleasure to see this lovely couple again after we entertained their engagement party last year. The bride is Persian and the groom is American, making mixed multi-ethnic guestlist. Dashing Events provided DJ entertainment only, featuring DJO. To cater to the crowd, we played mostly Oldies, 80’s, Top40, and club for the American crowd; Persian music for the Iranian crowd; and Arabic, Israeli, and Latin music to spice up the entertainment. Despite being on a Sunday, this wedding was full of vibrant energy and ended late…almost midnight.
