In California, wedding season is almost year-round and Dashing Events brought entertainment and intelligent dance lighting to a beautiful fall wedding. Last weekend, DJO provided entertainment and MCed a beautiful wedding at the Porter Valley Country Club in Northridge, CA. Dashing Events also provided a percussionist, a lively addition to any reception, but a sure way to get guests dancing at Egyptian weddings.
A tennis court was transformed into a heavenly wedding reception, all in white, with lavender uplighting and free-floating flowers above the white dance floor. Dashing Events also provided intelligent dance lighting and it looked great against the all-white decor.
The most popular song of the night was Jagged Edge’s Let’s Get Married. Played at the request of the bride and groom, the timing couldn’t have been more perfect! The wedding party and the guests made a tight circle around the bride and groom and the energy was amazing.
Our favorite moment of the night came from the bridesmaids. They wrote a song for the bride and group, played it live on the guitar, and sang it during speeches. The groomsmen held their own with a rap for the bride and groom. The guests loved it!
